Eve Koha participated at the 10th Venice Glass Week and earned a Special Mention for the Arteria Award with her sculpture “Oblivion.”

Oblivion, or the disappearance of memories.
A visual journey to the fragile boundaries of memory, where sharp contours give way to ambiguity and forms merge into one another. The overlapping layers reflect the nature of memories: they do not vanish abruptly, but slowly fade into the mist of oblivion, dissolving like a dream that slips away. Memory is not static, but a living phenomenon that, over time, transforms into pure sensation.

Eve Koha (Estonia, 1955) is a glass artist and lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA), where she graduated in glass art in 1981 and continues to work. Since 1983, she has exhibited internationally and is a member of ICOM Glass. She is also active in historic stained-glass restoration. Her works are held in museums and collections in Estonia and abroad. In 2016, she was named Glass Artist of the Year.
